I have lived on both sides of a hard software decision.
I founded Adopets, led it through international growth and acquisition, then joined Pet Loyalty as Chief Customer Officer and a board member during the integration. I went on to build GymBud and My Orbit, and today I bring those lessons into Doers as the kind of partner I wanted beside me in consequential work.
That history is why I do not separate strategy from execution. The recommendation has to survive the budget, the team, the customer, the existing systems, and the work required to ship it.
